It also provides starting decks built-in with unique rules, figures, and base stats, allowing the player to opt-out of certain Blinds for rewards like doubling its reward, or adding additional cards to the challenge.
Balatro boasts an extensive set of in-game items as one of its highlights. More than 200 items and 150 Joker cards, each with unique abilities and synergies must be found by players to complete their collection. There are also 15 decks each run; 8 difficulties; and 22 Tarot cards to upgrade your playing cards. And the pixel art and detailed, hand-crafted look of the game just adds to its charms giving players that full CRT fuzz experience.
The replayability of Balatro is furthered through its “Run-breaking synergies” as well as the knowledge that no run will be the same by virtue of every pick-up, discard and Joker radically changing the course of the game.
